You’ve heard the saying, “Time changes everything.” Well, I can’t dispute that’s often true, but there do seem to be some things that do NOT change.

What are stick tight dogs you ask? No, I’m not talking about the dogs that hang close to you like Velcro because they have a need to be near their human.
Meet the newest addition to the farm, our little cat, Sheldon. He sleeps in a birdcage on the back porch. He’s a rescue.
Yep, I rescued him from the jaws of death. Literally.
If you’ve read this blog for long, you know I have a pet parrot that is funny and super intelligent. Well, I should say I *had* a pet parrot. This morning I sent out a notice to the humor list,
“Sorry, no humor today. I lost my pet parrot yesterday, and I just haven’t got the heart for it.”
So many people wrote and asked me, “What happened to the parrot?” that I decided it’d be simpler to type it out once, then send a link to people so they can read about if they want to.
Act I: The Dogs Go Walkabout
Yesterday morning the dogs and I went walking, as usual. What was NOT usual was the results.
