Frog Bathroom Decor

Now you probably think I’m talking about accessories for the bathroom, and maybe I am. But not this kind of accessory exactly:

No, our frog bathroom decor is a little different.

It’s like this, once in a while I have trouble sleeping, and last night was one of those times. It was 3am the last time I looked at the clock. So when I got up and went to the bathroom, my eyes and the rest of me weren’t functioning too well.

But here’s what I saw when I walked in the bathroom:

I thought maybe my eyes weren’t focusing properly yet, because surely that little lump at the end of the old shower rug wasn’t what I thought it was!

So I looked a little closer. . .

And sure enough, our very own real live frog bathroom decor!

Now how in the world that little critter got in our bathroom, I have NO idea.  It’s a long way from an outside door, and the window hasn’t been opened in ages.  It also seems like it would be a very long way to crawl up a drain.

But however it got there, I really did see a little frog in our bathroom!

Gateway Into Another Dimension

I’ll confess.  I’m a big sci-fi fan.  I read books and watch shows and movies about all kinds of sci-fi with their different realities.  So I know about these theoritical wormholes and stuff.

And then I saw one.

Okay, so maybe it’s just an interesting cloud formation, but I still think it looks kind of cool.

Fancy that, a best blog award!  I got notice yesterday from Rosie of “Realising the Dream” fame that she’s given me a blogger award.  Well, how cool is that!?!   I’ve been enjoying popping in and reading about her farm in Britain, and she returns the favor and pops in and reads about our farm in the southern U.S.

Wrensong Farm – Another farm with SHETLAND SHEEP, so I have to drop in now and then and see what new pictures are there!  Coming from Monroe, Washington, with some awesome scenery.

I only have so much time to read blogs, and these are the ones I visit on a regular, or semi-regular basis.  (Depending on how busy I am!)  Though I did notice Rosie had already done a couple I read, so I decided to just use “new” blogs.

Best Football Fans Gift Ideas

How did I get on footfall fan gift ideas?  Well, yesterday when I was looking around to find an example of the tree faces, I came across a site that has a whole bunch of them.  Not just any old tree faces though!  For the football fanatics among you, they have really cute tree face ornaments for a whole bunch of different teams!

Of course, around here, we’d have to get the Alabama Crimson Tide Resin Tree Face Ornament that looks like this:

I can just see someone with a whole team full of trees in their front yard decked out in their favorite football teams appropriate tree face attire!

(And this all started just looking for an example of a tree face for yesterday’s post.   I think I’ve got some of that internet information overload!)
